IMPORTANT NOTICE: YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES IS SUBJECT TO BINDING ARBITRATION AND A WAIVER OF

1. GENERAL
1.1 Scope. Welcome to odiliastyle.com. This Terms & Conditions (“Agreement” or “Terms”) is a contract between
you and Odilia Style, based in India, governing your use of our website, any mobile applications (“Apps”) that
hyperlink to this Agreement, or any other content owned and operated by us (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you expressly understand, acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.
You are only authorized to use the Services if you agree to abide by all applicable laws and to these Terms.
1.2 Updates to the Terms. We reserve the right to modify the Terms of Use at any time. Material modifications will
be effective after we send you notice (via email, Site notice, or Apps). Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
1.3 Acceptance. To shop with us, you must be at least 16 years old. If you disagree with any part of the Terms,
please immediately discontinue use of the Services.
2. USE OF OUR SERVICES
2.1 Representations. You warrant that all information provided is true and accurate. Odilia Style grants you a
limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access the Services for personal shopping only. Commercial use is
prohibited.
2.2 Limitations. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit the Services. You shall not upload any malicious code
or content that violates intellectual property or local/international laws. We reserve the right to refuse service or
terminate accounts at our discretion.
2.3 Accounts. You are solely responsible for protecting your account credentials. Notify us immediately at
support@odiliastyle.com of any unauthorized use.
3. PRIVACY & COOKIE POLICY
Your privacy is important. Our collection and use of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is
incorporated here by reference. You agree to provide truthful contact details for order processing.
4. ERRORS
While we strive for accuracy, typographical or pricing errors may occur. Odilia Style reserves the right to refuse or
cancel orders placed for items listed at an incorrect price. If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be
issued.
5. TRADE RULES
5.1 Price and Payment. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes and delivery charges. We accept Visa, Mastercard,
American Express, and digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your card is charged when the order leaves
our warehouse.
5.2 Shipping & Delivery. We aim to deliver promptly. If you have not received your order within 60 business days,
please contact Customer Service.
5.3 Returns. Goods can be returned within our designated period. Please contact support for specific country-based
return policies. Defective items will receive a full refund including delivery costs.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, including text, graphics, and logos, belongs to Odilia Style or its licensors. You may not use these Marks
without prior written consent.
7. LEGAL DISPUTES & APPLICABLE LAW
7.1 Applicable Law. This Agreement and your use of the website shall be governed by the laws of India.
7.2 Dispute Resolution. Before resorting to formal proceedings, you and Odilia Style agree to first attempt to
resolve any dispute through good-faith consultation via support@odiliastyle.com. Any unresolved disputes shall be
referred to binding arbitration in accordance with local laws.
