4. ERRORS

While we strive for accuracy, typographical or pricing errors may occur. Odilia Style reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for items listed at an incorrect price. If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

5. TRADE RULES

5.1 Price and Payment. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes and delivery charges. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your card is charged when the order leaves our warehouse.

5.2 Shipping & Delivery. We aim to deliver promptly. If you have not received your order within 60 business days, please contact Customer Service.

5.3 Returns. Goods can be returned within our designated period. Please contact support for specific country-based return policies. Defective items will receive a full refund including delivery costs.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, including text, graphics, and logos, belongs to Odilia Style or its licensors. You may not use these Marks without prior written consent.

7.2 Dispute Resolution. Before resorting to formal proceedings, you and Odilia Style agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith consultation via support@odiliastyle.com. Any unresolved disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with local laws.
