We want you to love your purchase! If it's not quite right, our easy, hassle-free return process ensures a smooth shopping experience.
WHAT'S THE TIME LIMIT FOR RETURNS?
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item(s) to initiate a return. The return package must be shipped and postmarked within this 30-day period to be eligible for a refund. Returns made after 30 days will not be accepted, and refunds will not be processed for items returned beyond this timeframe.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
- Step 1: Start Your Return — Visit the Odilia Style Returns Portal to generate your prepaid return label or return code (for eligible drop-off locations).
- Step 2: Pack Your Items — Securely pack your return in its original packaging, ensuring product tags and hygiene liners (if applicable) are still attached. Affix the return label to your package, ensuring no other tracking labels are visible.
- Step 3: Ship It Back — Drop off your package at your nearest authorized return location.
RETURN SHIPPING FEES
Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund based on the return method and number of items:

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
We accept returns for items in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with tags and hygiene liners attached.
Non-returnable items:
- Bodysuits, lingerie, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and hats).
- Swimwear: For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over underwear, and the hygiene liner must not be removed.
REFUND TIMELINE
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Credit Cards: 7-14 business days for your card issuer to reflect the refund.
PayPal/Digital Wallets: 1-3 business days.
