We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to edit or cancel an order, email us at support@odiliastyle.com within 1 hour of purchase. Once an order enters fulfillment, we cannot make changes, but you can return it upon arrival.

As soon as your order dispatches, you will receive a confirmation email with a direct tracking link and courier details to follow your package in real-time.

We ship across all EU member states, the UK, Switzerland, and select international destinations worldwide.

Standard EU Delivery: 3–5 business days (€4.95 or FREE on orders over €80). Express EU Delivery: 1–2 business days (€9.95). International Shipping: 5–10 business days (Calculated at checkout).

All orders shipped within the European Union are delivered duty-paid with EU VAT included at checkout. For non-EU orders (including the UK and Switzerland), local import duties or taxes may apply upon delivery depending on your country's customs regulations.

In accordance with EU Consumer Protection laws, we offer a 14-day right of withdrawal, which we extend to 30 days from the date you receive your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email. Select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size. Print the pre-paid shipping label, pack your items securely, and drop off the package at your nearest courier point.

Once your return is delivered to our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Each product page features a detailed Size Guide with body measurements (bust, waist, hips) in centimeters and inches, along with model measurements and fit notes (e.g., true to size or relaxed fit).

Select your desired size on the product page and click "Notify Me When Available" to receive an instant email alert if the item is restocked or returned.

Care instructions vary by fabric. Always refer to the inner wash label on your garment. As a general rule, wash on a gentle 30°C cycle with similar colors, and line dry to preserve fabric longevity and texture.
